The Standard for High Performance
I’ve spent the last decade learning exactly what the human body is capable of—and more importantly, what it takes to keep it performing at its peak.
My journey into clinical practice was born from the highest levels of competition. For over ten years, I lived and breathed the world of professional MMA. Competing globally and earning world titles gave me a deep, personal understanding of resilience and body mechanics that goes far beyond traditional training. I learned firsthand that elite performance is only possible when you have the right recovery to sustain it.
Expert Care for the Elite Athlete
Today, I’m proud to work with world-class fighters, and high-level athletes who trust me to keep them at the top of their game. I understand the unique demands of professional sports, and I’ve dedicated my practice to providing that same gold-standard care to every body I treat.
As a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, I blend years of professional experience with a sophisticated, results-driven approach. Whether we’re utilizing the Erchonia Laser or Fascial Stretch Therapy, my goal is to help you move with total confidence and reclaim your physical best.
Life Outside The Clinic
When I’m not in the clinic, my world is still very much defined by movement and high-stakes performance. I stay sharp by training Muay Thai and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle—I believe in living the same principles I share with my clients. I also remain active as a Professional Cutwoman, managing trauma in the high-pressure environment of the MMA ring. Recently, my background has even taken me to the big screen, performing as a stunt actress in The Fire Inside. Whether I’m in the gym, on a film set, or in the corner of a title fight, I am constantly inspired by what the human body can achieve.

This was me competing in Japan for RIZIN. Earning my place on one of the world’s most iconic stages taught me that at the highest level of performance, every detail of your movement and recovery matters

Cutwoman
There is nothing quite like the energy of a live fight. As a professional Cutwoman, I’m in the corner during those high-pressure seconds to manage trauma and keep the athlete safe. It’s a role that demands absolute composure and anatomical precision—the same focus I bring to my clinical practice.

Movie Premiere
This was a special moment at the premiere of The Fire Inside. I had the incredible experience of playing Claressa Shields’ opponent in the film—getting to bring my real-world fight background to the big screen with a legend was a highlight of my career. It was an honor to be part of a project that showcases such high-level discipline and strength.
